By using shekharganagaluru.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site is operated by Shekhar Ganagaluru and is governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
This is education, not legal advice
This is the most important term on this page. The articles, summaries of labour legislation, training material, safety guidance and commentary published here are educational. They are written to help professionals understand a subject — not to advise on a particular situation.
Nothing on this site is legal advice, and reading it does not create a lawyer-client or consultant-client relationship. Indian labour law changes often and applies differently by state, sector and establishment. Before acting on anything you read here, take advice on your own facts from a qualified professional.
Every effort is made to keep the material accurate and current, but no warranty is given that it is complete, up to date, or applicable to your circumstances.
Your account
Reading requires no account. An account is needed to comment, react, vote in polls, or register for a programme.

- Accuracy
- Give real details. Accounts using someone else's identity will be removed.
- Security
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- One person, one account
- Accounts are personal and must not be shared or sold.
Comments and conduct
Comments are welcome, and disagreement is welcome. Comments are reviewed before they appear publicly.
You agree not to post anything that:
- Harasses or demeans
- Abuse, threats, or attacks based on religion, caste, gender, disability or any other characteristic.
- Names people or employers in a dispute
- Do not use this site to make allegations against a named individual or organisation. Take a workplace grievance to the proper forum, not a comment thread.
- Is confidential or personal
- Do not post anyone's personal details, or material covered by a confidentiality obligation.
- Is spam or promotion
- Advertising, link spam, or repeated posting.
- Infringes copyright
- Only post material you have the right to share.
Comments that breach these terms may be removed and the account suspended, without prior notice where the content is harmful. You keep ownership of what you write, and by posting you allow it to be displayed on this site.
Training programmes, events and books
- Enquiries
- Submitting an enquiry is a request to talk. It is not a booking and creates no obligation on either side.
- Registration
- A registration is confirmed only once any applicable payment has been received.
- Fees and taxes
- Fees are in Indian Rupees and stated before payment. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
- Changes
- A programme may be rescheduled or cancelled. If it is cancelled, registration fees are refunded in full.
- Cancellation by you
- The cancellation terms stated on the programme page apply. Where none are stated, contact us before the programme date.
- Payments
- Processed by Razorpay. Card and banking details are handled by Razorpay and never reach this site.
Intellectual property
The writing, training curricula, books, images and design on this site belong to Shekhar Ganagaluru and are protected by copyright. Training material carries the notice “For educational use only. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.”
You may read, quote briefly with attribution, and share links. You may not republish, resell, or use this material to deliver your own training without written permission. For permission, write to begreatseries@gmail.com.
Availability
The site is provided as it is. It may be unavailable at times for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, and no guarantee of uninterrupted access is given.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Shekhar Ganagaluru is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the programme or product concerned.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Ending your access
You may delete your account at any time from your profile. Access may be suspended or removed if these terms are breached. Content already published under your name may be anonymised rather than deleted, so that conversations others took part in remain readable.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means accepting the current version. Questions go to begreatseries@gmail.com.
